These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Jenna’s Beauty Spot. By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Appointments & Bookings
- Appointments are made directly via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
- All appointments are subject to availability.
- It is your responsibility to ensure the appointment details are correct at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a minimum £20 cancellation fee.
- For appointments lasting over one hour, an additional £20 per hour booked will be charged.
- No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged the full treatment price.
3. Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- Late arrival may result in a reduced treatment time to avoid impacting other clients.
- The full treatment price will still apply.
4. Patch Tests & Suitability
- Some treatments require a patch test (e.g. lash treatments, tinting).
- Patch tests must be completed at least 24–48 hours before treatment, where required.
- It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to treatment.
- Jenna’s Beauty Spot reserves the right to refuse or modify a treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
5. Treatment Results
- Results may vary depending on individual skin, hair, or nail condition.
- No guarantee can be given regarding longevity or specific outcomes.
- Aftercare advice must be followed to achieve best results.
6. Payments & Pricing
- Prices are displayed on the website and may be subject to change.
- Payment is due at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of redemption.
7. Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase.
- Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
8. Personal Belongings
- Jenna’s Beauty Spot cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.
9. Conduct
- Respectful behaviour is expected at all times.
- Jenna’s Beauty Spot reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately or abusively.
10. Website Use
- Website content is for general information only and may change without notice.
- Content may not be copied or reused without permission.
11. Liability
- Jenna’s Beauty Spot will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from failure to follow aftercare advice or failure to disclose relevant medical information.
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
